Digital Products: There are no refunds available for digital products. Digital products are sent instantly via email. Electronic files cannot be returned or processed as a return. Digital products can be e-books, audiobooks, downloadable printables (poem prints + calendars), and etc. Feel free to contact me about any support issues regarding the digital file (wrong file, corrupted file, and etc.) via my contact page or email me at gpf[@]gpfbx.com (w/o the brackets around the “AT” symbol).
RETURNS
Digital Products: There are no returns accepted for digital products. Digital products are sent instantly via email. GPF BX cannot process a return on a digital product that is in the possession of the customer indefinitely.
